• IFS Informed Practitioner – Online Circle, IFS Institute – Training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), an evidence-based approach to healing wounded, protective, and polarized parts. IFS fosters Self-leadership, where the core Self (calm, confident, and compassionate) leads, creating emotional balance and inner harmony.

• Certificate in Guided Drawing – Sensorimotor Art Therapy – A somatic art therapy method using drawing to access and process stored trauma and emotions. This technique bypasses the rational mind, allowing for deep release, pattern shifts, and integration through body-mind connection.

• Certificate in Initiatic Arts – Sensorimotor Art Therapy (currently completing) – A trauma-informed art therapy approach using diverse materials and nature-based mediums to stabilise, strengthen, and build trust. Rooted in Jungian and transpersonal psychology, this method supports creative expression, emotional regulation, and non-verbal communication through resourcing and play.

• Family Constellations Practitioner (Currently Completing) – The Awakening Group – Training in systemic family therapy, uncovering hidden patterns and intergenerational trauma. This approach brings insight and resolution to family entanglements, fostering relational healing and personal transformation.

• Authentic Communicator Program – Effectiveness Training (ET), by Dr. Thomas Gordon, Delivered by The Awakening Group – Evidence-based training in clear communication, boundary-setting, and conflict resolution to foster deeper, more authentic relationships in personal and professional settings.
