When I first began working with Rachel, I felt sceptical and guarded. I’d been to psychologists and psychiatrists before, but those settings felt clinical and cold—I couldn’t express myself or feel grounded afterwards. I came in carrying the weight of trauma, feeling unsure if I’d ever find a safe space to heal.

What surprised me was how safe I felt with Rachel. “She held sacred space for me,” not just emotionally, but spiritually too. I was never rushed through anything. Everything moved at my pace. She would clear the space with protection spray, invite in intention, and even created a private cacao ceremony and art-based workshop just for me. It felt deeply respectful and completely free from judgment.
