By accessing or using this Website, or by booking any session, ceremony, event, or service (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and our accompanying Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.
If you do not agree, please do not use this Website or our Services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and participants engaging with our Services, including holistic counselling, shamanic clearings, ceremonies, group work, and any associated offerings (online or in-person).
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be 16 years or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
By using our Website or booking a Service, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you have the authority to engage our Services.

6. HEALTH, SAFETY & PARTICIPATION
6.1 Personal Responsibility
Our Services are designed to support wellbeing, healing, and self-awareness. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
You agree to take responsibility for your own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing before, during, and after any session, ceremony, or event.
6.2 Medical & Psychological Conditions
If you have a diagnosed mental-health condition, have experienced psychosis, are pregnant, have recently had surgery, or have any concerns about your ability to participate, please consult your medical practitioner before attending.
6.3 Altered-State Work
Some Services (such as shamanic clearing, or ceremonial work) may involve deep relaxation or altered states of consciousness. You acknowledge that:
These modalities can evoke emotional material or memories.
They are designed to be supportive but may feel intense or uncomfortable at times.
You should continue any prescribed medical or psychological treatment and not discontinue medication without professional guidance.
6.4 Wellness & Illness Policy
If you are unwell, please do not attend in person. Sessions may be rescheduled or moved online at our discretion. Anyone presenting with contagious illness may be asked to leave without refund.
6.5 Substances
You must not attend under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Entry may be refused for safety reasons.
6.6 Right to Decline Services
We reserve the right to decline or discontinue Services at any time if:
It is not clinically or ethically appropriate to continue;
Safety or boundaries are compromised; or
The work falls outside our professional scope.
7. BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
7.1 Bookings & Deposits
All Services are confirmed upon booking. Some offerings require a non-refundable deposit, which reflects the preparation, creative planning, and energetic work involved prior to your session or event. Deposits are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7.2 Payments
Payment is due prior to or within 24 hours of your session.
Invoices are typically issued immediately after your appointment and must be paid the same day.
NDIS-funded sessions are invoiced in accordance with current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Payment Terms.
7.3 Cancellations – Individual Sessions (Non-NDIS)
Less than 24 hours’ notice: Full session fee payable.
More than 24 hours’ notice: Session may be rescheduled at Rachel Rose’s discretion (e.g. illness or emergency).
No refunds for change of mind, missed appointments, or late arrivals.
Sessions may be rescheduled once only and must be used within 30 days.
7.4 Cancellations – NDIS Participants
48 hours’ notice required to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations within 2–7 days: 50 % session fee.
Cancellations within 48 hours: Full session fee.
Cancellation fees are claimable under the participant’s NDIS plan where applicable.
7.5 Events, Ceremonies & Custom Celebrations
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Deposits and prepayments are non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation.
If you cannot attend, you may nominate another suitable participant (subject to approval) or request that your balance be credited toward another event at our discretion.
If we must cancel or reschedule due to illness, safety, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a new date or credit toward a future offering. Refunds are at our discretion.
7.6 Provider Discretion
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any session or event due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control. All reasonable efforts will be made to offer an alternative time or online format.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY
We maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with professional and ethical standards for counselling and holistic practice.
Information shared in sessions remains confidential except where disclosure is legally or ethically required, such as:
Risk of harm to self or others;
Child-protection or mandatory-reporting obligations; or
A lawful court order.
We adhere to the Australian Privacy Principles in the collection, storage, and handling of all client information.
9. PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS & LIABILITY
We take all reasonable care to provide a safe, professional, and supportive experience but make no guarantees about specific outcomes.
Our fees reflect our time, training, and expertise, regardless of therapeutic result.
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for any loss, injury, or consequence arising from participation in sessions, ceremonies, or events.
Our Services are designed to be complementary, not diagnostic or prescriptive.
You agree to participate voluntarily and at your own discretion.
9.1 Professional Membership & Ethical Standards
Rachel Rose is a certified Holistic Counsellor and professional member of the Australian Holistic Healers and Counsellors Association (AHHCA).
Her practice adheres to the AHHCA Code of Ethics and Professional Practice, which outlines standards for confidentiality, client welfare, informed consent, boundaries, and professional conduct.
